The WorkGearUk Chalk line reel set consists of a 30 meter long, windable chalk line and a bottle of blue chalk. The gearing system in the reel helps to rewind the line faster. For every turn of the handle, the spool turns 3 times, so you'll have the line rewound in no time at all. The reel's string is tested to have a 15kg pull strength resistance. The housing is fitted with a quick refill sliding door making refilling of the chalk a breeze.
The chalk contains silicon dioxide which when inhaled may be harmful. On some materials the chalk can act as a permanent colouring agent. Always try on scrap material first and make sure that it does not interfere with the final finish.
